The Dirt’s Got History, and So Do We
We’re the Trout family and here the soil is rich with history and the weeds are as persistent as we are. This farm became the family home over a century ago, but The Finch & Brambles is a fresh name for an old place, and we’re doing things a little differently now.
We’re not fancy. The flower beds are scrappy, the coop’s a little crooked, and we’re still figuring out where the best light hits for photos. But every day we’re out there, working, failing, learning, and growing.
We started with a few standouts: colorful eggs, a small batch of homegrown blooms when the season allows, and the best local goods we can find. We take inspiration from the birds that neither fret nor toil and the wildflowers that bloom freely in the fields. Like the land, we believe what’s meant to thrive will do so, and we greet each day with hope for what might take root.
Here’s to the adventures ahead and thanks for being part of our journey.
